registration problem

 after choose malaysia. an error message sometime appear as shown below.

 Sometime i can able to access enroll new member but i after click continue ..the homepage of isagenix will be appear. It suppose enrollment form for new member to fill up.

sometime i can fill up the all detail in enroll new member but after submit.and wait for 20 second. its back to isagenix homepage.

 Its suppose i can go to select items to buy 

i also clear all cache in my web browser. The Result is still the same

Why ? and what should i do?
